It is a pleasure to welcome you to my website.  Please take some time and peruse the site to learn why I am running for this important position and what I plan to do when elected to represent you in Tallahassee.

For the past thirty years or so, I have fought for our children and families to help build the social fabric of our community. I have sought to create effective change in the daily lives of our citizens.  I have supported local candidates with the intent of keeping the focus on issues that really matter to the people.   In committing myself to this effort, I am hopeful that I can bring some of those common sense ideas straight from the people to the Florida Senate; so, I offer myself to the voters of District 29 to continue fighting.

We are taxing our best natural resources right out of this state…our people.   Young families must be able to do more than survive financially; they must be allowed to prosper.  And Florida schools should be setting the standard for education, not measuring up to it. 

I believe there are workable solutions available without creating a hardship for you and other taxpayers.  The tax burden, a positive business development climate,  an educated workforce, water – an essential resource for life, and  acknowledging and honoring the commonalities in people are key issues in this race.   I invite you to “meet me in the middle” to tend to these issues properly and open paths in new directions.
